Berga's offers a single configuration: three-bedroom residences. We made this choice to maintain consistency of finish, service standard, and resident community.

Security at Berga's is diplomatic-grade. Access is layered, staff are vetted, visitor protocols are strict, and resident identity and movement are protected as policy, not preference.

Yes. Viewings are by appointment only and conducted privately. Submit a request through the Residences page or Contact page, and a member of our team will arrange a time.

Residents have access to the ground-floor coffee shop, secure parking, full concierge and maintenance services, and the building's lifestyle support team. Access to the Merkama Wellness Center gym is arranged separately and depends on the resident's individual arrangement.

Yes. Merkama Wellness Center is a commercial wellness facility and gym, open to the general public on a membership and appointment basis. Residents are welcome alongside other paying members.
